This information is sometimes stored on the Equipment in a simple text file that a server accesses to read and save information.

These Cookies may be Laser Template Cookies or Cookies from partners, third-party companies, in order to identify the interests of Users and to personalize the advertising offer addressed or social network Cookies, where applicable on the Sites.

Subject to the User's choices, which result from the settings of their browser software used during their visit to the Sites, or the choices selected within the centralized cookie management area (see "How to exercise your choices?"), these Cookies allow:

  • To count the number of displays and activations of advertising content distributed on third-party sites/applications, to identify this content and these sites/applications, to determine the number of users who clicked on each content;

  • To calculate the amounts owed to the players in the advertising distribution chain (communications agency, advertising agency, distribution site/media) and to establish statistics;

  • To adapt the presentation of the site to which one of the advertising contents leads, according to the display preferences of the User's Equipment (language used, display resolution, operating system used, etc.) during their visits to the Sites and according to the viewing or reading hardware and software that their Equipment contains, as well as according to the location data (longitude and latitude) transmitted (to Gabarit Laser or its service providers) by their Equipment with their prior agreement;

What is the point of seeing advertisements adapted to your browsing?

  • These Cookies make it possible to present the most relevant advertisements possible and those best suited to the User's interests.

  • It is also about improving navigation by making it as interesting as possible, and by limiting the number of times the same advertisement is displayed and broadcast.

These Cookies are mainly third-party Cookies, the list of which cannot be exhaustive.

Cookies deposit management - How to accept or refuse Cookies?

The User may, at any time, modify his wishes regarding the deposit of Cookies by the Sites, via a centralized Cookie management space or via the settings of his Internet browser.

The User can thus authorize or refuse the deposit and/or reading of all or part of the Cookies.

Prior consent to the deposit of Cookies

It is considered that the User has given his consent to the deposit of Cookies for the entire Site,

if :

  • He continued his navigation by clicking on the "I accept" button on the banner informing him of the use of Cookies, or on an element of the Site such as an image, a title, a button, etc. or by going to any page other than the page by which he accessed one of the Sites during his first connection or he closed the window of the banner informing him of the use of cookies with the cross icon in the window.

  • He continued browsing, without configuring the tracers, after clicking on the “learn more” button on the banner informing him of the use of Cookies.

In the following cases, it is expressly indicated that the User has given his consent to the deposit of all Cookies deposited or read on the Site he has consulted.

This agreement is only valid for a period of thirteen months from the first deposit in the Equipment. Once this period has passed, the agreement will be requested again for the use of these Cookies, for each of the Sites consulted.

Refusal of Cookies

As a reminder, the settings may change the conditions of access to Gabarit Laser services requiring the use of Cookies. If the browser is configured to refuse all Cookies, the User will not be able to access services such as geolocation for example.
