  • disclosure in accordance with Art.6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR is made compulsory due to a legitimate reason (fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of defense, etc.)

  • in the event that the disclosure under Art.6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR is a legal obligation

Your rights

You have the right:

  • according to article 15 of the GDPR to request information about your processing by us of your personal information.
