The ProDirector 7 laser contour projector allows the positioning of a part on a table, workbench or tooling.
In most industrial processes, operators must follow an assembly plan detailing the assembly order precisely. The manufacturing range is a succession of steps that must be respected in order to guarantee quality. High and consistent quality can only be achieved by rigorously respecting the manufacturing range.
Our laser projection systems therefore help operators during the assembly phases.
With our software suite, the design office can directly transmit the manufacturing range with clear and precise instructions on location, orientation and how to assemble.
The ProDirector 7 laser projector shows the exact location where the part should be placed.
The thickness of the laser line is adjustable, from 0.5mm to 2mm.
The brightness of the laser line is adjusted according to the ambient lighting in your workshop, but can also be modified by the user.
Supplied with mounting bracket, cables and software.
